Mark Siegrist L.Ac is the owner and operator of Seven Star Acupuncture. Mark’s interest in eastern medicine and philosophy started in the spring of 2000 when he started Training in the martial arts. Interested in learning in depth how energy flows through the body lead Mark to become certified in Shiatsu massage. From there he has made several trips abroad to enrich his understanding of body work and energy cultivation. In Beijing China he became certified under the world health organization in medical QI Gong. He also holds a certification in traditional Thai massage from Chang Mai Thailand. Mark has also studied with acupuncture masters Kikko Matsumoto a living legend in Japanese style of acupuncture and Dr. Carson one of only a few disciples of late Master Tung. Master Tung style acupuncture is a family style of acupuncture that uses different points than taught in schools today. Mark was fortunate enough to train first hand with Dr. Carson and become certified, there are only a handful of certified Tung practitioners on the east coast. Mark is also a certified Reiki master and an instructor in Tai Chi Chaun and Wing Chung kung fu. With all of the training Mark has, he is able to harmoniously blend the right treatment for the individual to produce maximum results.
